2 Agencies to be Honored at Prism Lunch

I am excited as the date for the Prism Award luncheon approaches and the chapter has the opportunity to honor the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as the winner of the 2010 Prism Award for excellence in leadership coaching initiatives. NGA’s coaching program is led by Judith Wolf, HR consultant, and is supported by a partnership with 20 external coaches, including Dianne Rankin, PCC, of SENSA Solutions, who submitted the nomination of NGA.

At the luncheon, the chapter will also recognize the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS) with honorable mention for its coaching program, led by Ayanna Hook, Branch Chief of Executive Support and Leadership Services. APHIS’ program was nominated by Angela Charles, ACC, from Comskil, Inc.  Angela serves as Comskil’s lead coach on the project.

The Metro DC Chapter presents the Prism Award annually to focus attention on how organizations can strategically leverage the power of coaching for positive impact on employee performance and business results. The Prism Award will be presented at a special luncheon on Friday, February 11, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Capital Hilton Hotel.
