Bryan Wintersteen is a leadership coach committed to empowering Christian leaders to powerfully live out their calling. His desire is to see healthy leaders serving others for maximum impact. His clients include a variety of non-profit organizations, church denominations and mission agencies. A significant number of Bryan’s clients are pioneering leaders who start new churches.
 
After serving overseas in Melbourne, Australia, Bryan is now based in Washington, DC, and works with leaders in the United States. Bryan shares a commitment to promoting excellence in the field of professional coaching and invests his time and talents training other professional coaches for ministry leadership. He serves as a coach and trainer with Creative Results Management. He is an ordained minister and certified to administer a number of executive leadership assessments.
 
Bryan is a longtime member of the International Coach Federation and is in his third year on the Metro DC chapter's board of directors.
