Thank you for your interest in the Capital Coaches Conference, 2011!  We believe in the synergy of our community and we welcome your support.  By becoming a sponsor of the event, you are showing your dedication toward improving the coaching profession as a whole and continuing the high standards of excellence for coaches everywhere. It does not matter if your company is large or small there is a sponsorship opportunity for everyone -- and if you don’t see one that’s right for you just let us know and we will make every effort to create a unique opportunity for you.

Premier Exposure Sponsorship Packages

Event Education Sponsor: One Available
Gain brand recognition throughout the conference as the sponsor of the conference. As the Event Sponsor, your company name and logo will be placed in high visibility throughout the conference areas. You will be given the opportunity to promote your company by: podium recognition during the introduction of our keynote speaker, registration area signage, a vendor table package, description in the conference program, full-page program ad, a three month banner on our web site and the opportunity to supply our attendees with one piece of marketing collateral to be distributed during the conference. The package also includes 2 conference registrations. This marketing package is available for $1,950 or approximately $8 per participant!

Lunch Sponsor: One Available

The Lunch Sponsor program includes: Podium recognition, lunch area signage, a description in our program, full-page program ad, a vendor table package and 1 conference registration. This marketing package is available for $995 or approximately $4 per participant.

Evening Reception Sponsor: One Available
The Evening Reception Sponsor program includes: Podium recognition, reception area signage, a description in our program, full-page program ad, a vendor table package and 1 conference registration. This marketing package is available for $745 or approximately $3 per participant!

Morning Break: One Available
The Morning Break Sponsor program includes:  Podium recognition, morning break area signage, a description in our program, half-page program ad, a vendor table package and 1 conference registration.  This marketing package is available for $395 or approximately $1.50 per participant.

Deluxe Afternoon Break: George Mason University, Center for Consciousness and Transformation
The Deluxe Afternoon Break Sponsor program includes:  Podium recognition, afternoon break area signage, a description in our program, full-page program ad, a vendor table package, 2 conference registrations and a promotional handout or item in the conference bag. This marketing package is available for $1,000 or approximately $4 per participant.

Vendor Tables: Multiple Available (Hurry! Spaces Sold Out Last Year)
The Vendor Table package includes: a 6-foot table, two chairs, vendor listing in the conference program, and 1 conference registration.  Attendees will be encouraged to meet the vendors.  Book signings will be held in the vendor area and announcements made at each break to remind participants to meet and support the vendors.  This marketing package is available for $250 or approximately $1 per participant!

Program Advertisements: Multiple Available
Advertisement in the conference program can be purchased separately. Full-page ads are $95 and half page ads are $55.

Add Ons
Optional power/outlet fee per vendor/sponsor is an additional $117 for 1 outlet or $150 for outlet with power strip.

Additional participants to manage your table is $50 for the day. Conference materials and sessions are not included in this registration type; only access to the exhibit hall.  If you would like your additional representative to partake in full conference festivities, the additional fee is $200.
