Program Description:
Coach Masterminds—a chosen community offering support, growth, and leadership, which also challenges your beliefs and approach to coaching—consists of twelve diverse coaches of varied experience, credentials, and expertise.
Since 2021, we’ve focused on skill development, the art and science of coaching, and the business of coaching. A coaching career can be isolating. Coaches benefit from having a safe space to discuss challenges and wins with confidential peer supervision.
In this interactive session, a panel of members of Coach Masterminds will address how to:
• Curate a diverse group of coaches and build a community, allowing you to grow as a coach and recharge your batteries to better serve your clients
• Form member leadership roles
• Create educational opportunities to leverage members’ strengths and networks, while honing presentation and/or business skills
You will leave with thoughtful questions, tools, and resources to develop your own coaching community that embodies the ICF core competencies.
