About this event

Nature & Outdoor Coaching Community of Practice: A Fresh Perspective Walkshop: Connect with Each Other and the Fall Equinox

Facilitated by Russ Watts, Christiane Frischmuth, and Melissa Spence

How have the seeds you planted earlier this year grown?  What’s ready to harvest?

Daylight and nighttime are almost equal at this time of year.  What feels in balance for you?

The trees are getting ready to shed their leaves. How could you benefit from letting go of something?

As Mother Nature starts preparing for colder weather and more rest, what does your mind and body need at this transition time of year?

In this free guided reflection experience, you’ll walk individually in a space/location of your choice, while being in community with other walkers via Zoom.
Deb Becker, PCC and outdoor coach, will help the group connect and share on video at the beginning and end of the walk and in the middle while you’re off camera, she will provide reflection prompts.

The walkshop will be 60-75 minutes and come with a willingness to reflect and connect, being open to Mother Nature inspiring some thinking and a good cell phone connection.

Note – If the weather isn’t good or an attendee can’t move around easily, they’re invited to walk around their house and or sit in a comfortable chair and look out the window.  Note – risks for this experience are assumed by the participant.

About the Presenter:

Deb Becker is a leadership coach and workshop, offsite and program facilitator.  Her philosophy is grounded in Thinking In Motion – connecting bodies and minds for deeper reflection, connection, and action.
