Biography
I’m a mental health–informed coach who works with adults navigating depression, stress, and recovery challenges who want practical support building resilience, structure, and forward momentum in their lives.
My work is grounded in ICF Level 2 coaching training, years of experience in mental health–adjacent settings, and lived experience navigating mental health challenges alongside parenting, work, and complex relationships. I bring a realistic, compassionate, and non-pathologizing approach to coaching that respects both struggle and agency.
As a coach, I support clients in:
• Building routines and structure when motivation or energy is limited
• Strengthening emotional regulation and coping skills for daily life
• Clarifying values, priorities, and goals during periods of transition
• Rebuilding confidence, identity, and momentum after mental health disruptions
Coaching with me is collaborative and future-focused. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Instead, I help clients translate insight into action and build systems that support emotional well-being—often alongside ongoing clinical care.
Specialty Area: ND/NT Relationships & Family Dynamics
I also offer coaching for individuals navigating neurodivergent/neurotypical (ND/NT) relationships and family systems, including partners and parents balancing communication challenges, boundaries, co-parenting, and their own mental health. This work is neurodiversity-affirming and focuses on clarity, self-advocacy, and sustainable support—not on changing or diagnosing anyone.
If you’re looking for coaching that understands mental health without turning everything into therapy—and that meets you where you are while helping you move forward—I’d be glad to connect.
