Biography
Jen is a leadership coach and founder of JMJ Next, LLC. She partners with leaders navigating complexity, responsibility, and change, creating a confidential space to strengthen judgment, broaden perspective, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
Before launching her coaching practice, Jen spent more than 35 years in leadership roles across government, nonprofit, and academic organizations dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved communities. Most recently, she served in senior leadership at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she helped shape national initiatives to expand access to primary health care and strengthen community health systems.
Jen brings that depth of leadership experience to her coaching, combining evidence-based coaching practices with firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face in mission-driven, high-stakes environments. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile® 360 assessment. Through JMJ Next, she supports leaders committed to making a meaningful difference while navigating what comes next with clarity and purpose.
