Biography
Jenny Rose is an Executive Coach and Facilitator, partnering with purpose-driven leaders to articulate, advocate for, and achieve their vision of success in and outside of work. Jenny has a proven track record coaching Directors up to the C-Suite to achieve significant and sustainable change for themselves, their teams, and organization. As a Facilitator, Jenny collaborates with teams to communicate more inclusively and effectively on their most challenging topics.
Jenny specializes in coaching values-conscious people leaders who are leading change. Her perspective is informed by more than fifteen years of experience working across nonprofit, public, and private sectors as a people-centric leader, manager, coach, consultant, facilitator, and talent strategist. Jenny is also a proud mom of two young children and brings a nuanced perspective on leadership and change management.
Jenny thrives when collaborating with high performing leaders on their greatest challenges, and she brings a pragmatic, highly supportive, and down-to-earth approach to all that she does. Jenny holds an MBA in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she taught leadership development to MBA students; and she is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
