Biography
Karen Mack, CPCC, PCC, works with leaders, teams, and individual contributors to enhance the health and effectiveness of organizational systems. As an OD practitioner, Karen collaborates with stakeholders to plan and implement initiatives that introduce and foster change. A skilled facilitator, she has led performance improvement programs and facilitated meetings both nationally and internationally. Through the integration of coaching to complement change initiatives and learning programs, Karen has observed significant improvements in clients' self-awareness and effectiveness that extends to broader environments in organizational systems. She believes coaching is one of the most effective ways to promote and support competency development.
Beyond her OD, facilitation, and coaching expertise, Karen has extensive experience in process consulting, strategic and contingency planning, project management, interpersonal communication training, conference and meeting planning, leadership training and development, and instructional design.
Coaching Experience and Qualifications
- Karen’s coaching practice focuses on leadership development, addressing the growth initiatives of executive, senior, and mid-level leaders. Since receiving coaching certification in 2018, Karen has worked with over 900 leaders across various industries.
- She has designed and delivered subject-specific coaching sessions to complement performance improvement programs for corporate and government clients. Her coaching has supported a range of core-competencies, including interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation/public speaking, stress and emotional management, professionalism, change management, assertiveness, and leadership development.
- Karen has also collaborated with numerous clients on diverse humanistic projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
