Biography
I am an executive coach, leadership advisor, and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience across government, nonprofit leadership, higher education, emergency management, community development, and the private sector. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Prosci Change Practitioner, and experienced alternative dispute resolution professional, I help leaders navigate complexity, manage change, and move important work forward. My coaching philosophy centers on facilitating self-discovery and strategic thinking. I help clients clarify priorities, challenge assumptions, evaluate options, and make decisions with greater confidence.
As Founder and President of Place Mosaic LLC, I work with leaders and organizations to strengthen resilience and improve organizational effectiveness. I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Master of Laws in Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver. Based in Wichita, Kansas, I continue to maintain strong connections with the Washington, D.C. region through my affiliation with the International Coaching Federation DC Metro Chapter and clients across the country.
