Biography
Welcome! I bring over 15 years of experience and a deep passion for personal growth and transformation. Since beginning my coaching journey in 2005, I've been dedicated to fostering resilience and helping individuals achieve their fullest potential. Though I now call Kansas home, my ties to the D.C. area remain intact through my continued affiliation with the ICF DC Metro Chapter and my valued clients in the region.
I am a certified professional coach (ACC), Prosci change practitioner, and seasoned alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professional. My expertise in managing diverse views and resolving conflicts creates an environment where constructive dialogue thrive. My holistic coaching approach integrates multiple modalities, drawing from my career focused on sustainability, resilience, and natural resources. I weave together the elements of people, place, nature, and spirituality, offering a unique and transformative experience aligned with individual and/or team goals. Additionally, my systems-thinking approach supports individuals and teams in formulating strategies that are effective, sustainable, and fit well within the given context.
As the President and Founder of Place Mosaic LLC, I am dedicated to enhancing community resilience and fostering a more prepared society. With two decades of experience in local and federal government and the nonprofit sector, my expertise includes land-use planning, emergency management, district revitalization, and natural resource law and policy.
