Through executive coaching, leadership development, and team-effectiveness consulting, I support clients in making clearer decisions, navigating difficult conversations, building stronger relationships, and achieving high performance without compromising human dignity.
I am the founder of Abiri Consulting LLC, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Hogan-certified practitioner. My work draws on more than two decades as a civil-rights attorney, including 16 years advancing institutional reform at the U.S. Department of Justice.
