Request for Proposals: Event Management Services for the 2027 Capital Coaches Conference
The ICF Metro DC Chapter invites experienced event management firms to partner with us on the 2027 Capital Coaches Conference (CCC) — one of the premier coaching conferences in the country. With 400–450 attendees, nationally recognized speakers, and a mission-driven theme, Keep Humanity at the Coaching Core, the CCC offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver a high-impact, thoughtfully curated professional event.
We are seeking an events manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, marketing coordination, sponsorship support, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up. The engagement spans June 2026 through November 2027 and requires a strategic partner who excels at both operational excellence and creating meaningful attendee experiences.
