ICF CREDENTIALING

Over the past decade more than 20,000 coaches have been credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). People trust ICF credentialing because it is the standard for excellence
in coaching and continuing education.

ICF offers four types of credentials:

● Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
● Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
● Master Certified Coach (MCC)
● Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)

Having ICF credentials demonstrates a commitment to high professional standards and adherence to a strong code of ethics.

The ICF Credentialing Webinar Series is now available in the ICF Learning Portal’s Course Catalog with six prerecorded sessions:

- Reviewing the ICF Credentialing Requirements
- Renewing Your ICF Credential
- Earning the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching
- Introduction to the ICF Written Exams
- Updates to the ICF Code of Ethics

A total of 0.5 CCE units in Core Competency and 1.25 CCE units in Resource Development are available upon webinar series completion.

ICF Metro DC's Credentialing Support Group

ICF Metro DC offers a Credentialing Support Group, designed specifically to meet the needs of not-yet-credentialed members and ACC members who are seeking their next level of ICF credentialing. These meetings are facilitated by a PCC or MCC credentialed leader who is familiar with the process and requirements of credentialing. Attendees will receive information and resources, have opportunities to discuss specific topics related to credentialing, and connect with fellow chapter members on the same path.
