Welcome to international coaching week 2023!

International Coaching Week (ICW) is an annual weeklong global celebration of the coaching profession. You're invited to open yourself to new learning and experiences, and join the local and global coaching community from May 8 – 14, 2023 to celebrate the power and impact of professional coaching.

Join ICF Metro DC's pro bono coaching community in offering coaching to those who might not otherwise access it, during ICW! Contribute in one of two ways:

Provide a "Coaching Tune-Up" to a previous pro bono coaching client. Donate 1-2 hours of coaching to ensure that nonprofit clients are on track to achieve previously discussed goals. Get started now!
Join the Coast to Coast Pro Bono Coaching Challenge! This challenge invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching by May 14. The coaching may be individual, team, group, or mentor coaching. Individual coaches from chapters across the United States are invited to participate – making this a true coast to coast effort! We challenge you to be creative in finding partners open to accepting your time. Learn more and log your hours by clicking here!
