Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is neither a “disorder” nor something to
overcome. It’s an entirely different way to experience the world that, when played to its
strengths, can unlock creativity, innovation, and personal and professional success. Too many
people in the ADHD community are told that their brain wiring is somehow deficient. In this
webinar, we will explore what ADHD is and ways to support your ADHD clients. We will learn
about the amazing strengths that come with ADHD and ways to overcome challenges with
practical tools, systems, and routines. You will leave with understanding and the skills to better
serve the ADHD community.
Join the Gainesville/Warrenton Coaches Coffee, which meets the third Tuesday of each month. Registration and facilitation is managed by group leader Fitz Carty. Please contact Fitz at fitzcarty@verizon.net to get more information, and sign up to attend.

There are eight levels of listening originally outlined by Andrew Wolvin,
seven types according to BetterUp, six levels by Zenger and Folkman in
HBR, five levels from Stephen Covey, four levels to Otto Scharmer, three
levels says Co-Active Coaching and the ICF, active or passive listening
from every communication textbook, and a partridge in a pear tree.
The foundation to these theoretical levels is your self-awareness and ability
to correctly identify the mode of listening you are in at every moment of a
conversation. To improve your cognitive control, the bulk of this session will
immerse you in experiential learning where you will participate in six
different listening modes and identify which mode you habitually use. Not
only will this help the creative wording of your deep questioning, it will
help your clients identify the listening mode they are unconsciously
demonstrating and add the levels to their toolbelt.

Coaching doesn’t have to feel heavy. In this interactive session, Lauren LeMunyan, MCC, explores how mastering Core Competency 3 — Establishing and Maintaining Agreements — can significantly reduce the energetic burden on coaches while improving clarity, flow, and client ownership. Attendees will learn how to co-create session agreements that set clear expectations, streamline focus, and eliminate ambiguity. Through real-world examples and practical techniques, this session will equip coaches to conserve energy, reduce overfunctioning, and empower clients to drive their own outcomes — all by dialing into one of coaching’s most foundational (and under-leveraged) competencies.
