Coaching on the Roller Coaster – Supporting the Social Entrepreneur’s Ride

We are coaching people who see what’s missing today and are looking at tomorrow and beyond in everything they do, everything they create.  Because they are the innovators, they are often brilliant idea people with a strong sense of purpose, highly motivated and very mission driven. However, just as often, they have limited business savvy, lack structured business and workplace experiences, have few mentors, and constrained resources and are often working in isolation.  Most social entrepreneurs thrive with coaching – it helps to build the skills they need to create sustainable enterprises that will change the world.  More importantly, it helps to build their resilience to smooth out the roller coaster ride they are embarking upon, give them the tools to prevent burnout, and enable them to develop perspective.

Presenters will remain online for 15 minutes at the conclusion of the session for further Q&A and discussion.

Presented by: Wendy Luke, PCC of the HR Sage; Wendee Wolfson, MBA, PCC of Brickworks Advisors; and Paris Perrault, MBA, PCC
