Assessments vary in purpose, delivery, and the cost for certification. Join this interactive panel presentation to learn about the Hogan Personality Inventory, a leadership assessment; the IDI, a new evidence-based DEI assessment; and the Communication Styles assessment. You will discover the Why (the purpose), What (what do assessments measure), and How (how coaches can get certified). In the second part, panelists discuss what to consider when figuring out which assessments are worth the investment to get certified in. Panelists share their experience in presenting a business case for using assessments and for growing their business.

Prework: We will share brief articles on the assessments for you to review before the webinar, especially if they are new to you. The articles provide context and can help you absorb the material more deeply during the panel discussion. The articles will be sent out after you register.

Objectives: Participants will learn how to effectively use the Hogan, IDI, and Communication Styles Assessments. More specifically:

- Learn about the why, what and how of the Hogan, IDI and What’s My Communication Style Assessments
- Understand how you can get certified to deliver the assessments
Identify where you can find free or low-cost assessments that don’t require certification.
- Explore strategies for creating a compelling business case, and growing your business using assessments.
